Good to know
- Apple Watch does not take blood-pressure readings; newer models can show hypertension notifications.
- Galaxy Watch blood pressure needs regular calibration with a cuff and is not available in every country.
- Data comes through the phone's health apps, not directly from the watch.
- Use of health data must follow Apple and Google platform rules and applicable privacy law.
